Eric Cantwell

I was a member of Five Star Fitness when it opened up on Shelbourne St in 2019.

I became a part of a community of people who were so supportive and helpful in every way.

I was so inspired by this that I qualified as a Fitness Coach and now I coach the same people who helped me get to where I am now.

For me, helping others to achieve what I have done is something no other occupation can provide, every day I see people achieving what they thought was impossible not so long ago, this is what being a coach at Five Star Fitness is to me.
