Physical & mental health are important to me & nowadays so many people are taking the easy way out but unfortunately that isn’t benefitting the future as it’s only simply putting a plaster over something for the short term.

I have always had an interest in keeping fit & strong I’m not one for team sports I prefer to be in charge of my own events & training schedules.


I adore animals in particular dogs & horses!
