Our fitness classes i.e “Engine sessions” are delivered in a group setting with 16 max per session. Meeting each individual where they’re at with capabilities, injuries etc
Our engine based sessions do exactly what they say on the tin, developing an aerobic base (improving fitness and heart health). Each class has a different outcome to it, ranging from dumbbell, kettlebell, med balls, bodyweight, core combined with machines such as rowers, bikes, ski ergs, assault bike, air runners etc. The perfect session to work up a sweat, build some fitness and walk out the door with that dopamine and endorphin hit.
