About the class

Our personal training sessions are coach led and delivered in groups of 6 max.

With each individual getting exactly what they need within each session based on technique, training history, capability, goals etc. The minute you touch our door handle here at Five Star Fitness, there’s someone with you every step of the way. We pride ourselves on being a coach led product and coaching the person first, the process second.

Not only will you be met 1-1 within the coaching sessions, we’ll also look at your nutrition, lifestyle and get the overall 360 approach to your health and fitness outside of the gym. We’ll give you the guidance, motivation and accountability to get you to exactly where you want to be with your confidence, health and happiness. Driving community, training and results.
