Again like all our sessions/programs, we coach the person first and meet each individual where they’re at with capabilities, size, training history, limitations etc.
The main outcome of our teen strength program is performing the right technique so nobody injuries themselves, build a solid foundation of movement quality, which we can then build strength and improve conditioning. And of course having some fun along the way.
We also give tips and ideas around nutrition to make sure habits are in a good place for them to be the healthiest they can be for their busy lives.
